Background

Fresh Green Properties is a locally owned and based private company that is dedicated to owning, managing and developing the finest portfolio of real estate in Southeast Michigan and Northern California.

While wholesale properties, fix and flip and property management are a few of our specialties, we are very interested in the preservation of  historic architecture and take great pride in applying modern systems that are well integrated with the character of these Heritage Buildings. With Detroit and Sacramento based offices and an experienced Board allows us to make quick decisions and to maintain a close eye on our properties to see they are well maintained and performing efficiently to ensure our tenants’ satisfaction.

  • Chief Executive Officer

Amit has provided strategic and managerial guidance to a number of publicly traded and non-profit entities, including several biotech and alternative energy start-ups, financial media and advertising, and a boutique software company. Most recently, through Fresh Green Properties, he has presided over the inception and development of the Company’s growing residential real estate portfolio.

Mr. Singh has over 35 years of experience leading venture capital and privately traded company finance and accounting teams. His focus is in analysis to drive value-add to share and stakeholders. Recently, as a result of the real-estate bubble bursting, Mr. Singh is committed to creating value in tangible assets – real estate property.

Mr. Stringfellow has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, and brings his unique skillset to the real estate market. He tirelessly focuses on each client’s individual set of needs to align them with the best market opportunities. Mr. Stringfellow offers his own system, which allowed him to grow his real estate investment portfolio, regardless of market conditions.
